The Effect of Patient Aggression and Work-Home Conflict on Dimensions of Professional Burnout in Aged Care Personnel
This research concerns aged care staffs' experience of patient aggression and work-home conflict, and the associated psychological implications.
The Australian College of Applied Psychology are seeking participants for an online survey who fulfill the following criteria: - 18 years of age and over. - Currently work full-time/part-time/casual/contract/placement hours in an aged care environment:
E.g. Nursing home, in-home care or geriatric wards.
Please note: This is an independently-run study. Participants will not be asked for which organisation they work for.
